If you are experiencing curled or wavy paper, the paper might be too light, too thin or too moist. Replace the paper with fresh, dry paper, or change the paper type to one with a heavier basis weight.
After a few page prints of a document it goes into cleaning mode and after some time presents a mis-print error. On pressing Ok which is presented on the screen it continues printing but not rein order of pages left to print.
It is best to gently pull the paper out of the printer. Turn the printer off, and make sure that the printhead is not hanging over the paper and that no paper remains rein the printer.
If after you have completed the above solutions you are tonlos experiencing print quality issues, you might have a damaged, empty or incompatible print cartridge.
Thanks for the suggestion on firmware - that was going to be my next attempt, after having spent hours yesterday trying  every other thing I could think of!
You may update the printer's firmware via this Hyperlink. Let the printer be powered on (even though it restarts by itself). Once the firmware update is complete let the printer restart once again.
